This gorgeous silver antoninianus features the diademed and draped bust of Empress Otacilia Severa facing right, set upon a crescent, with inscription “M OTACIL SEVERA AVG” around / Reverse shows Concordia seated left, holding a patera and double cornucopiae, with inscription “CONCORDIA AVGG.” Coin reference: RIC 119b, RSC 9, Sear5 #9148. Set in a .925 silver bezel with 20-inch Italian silver chain. Bezel diameter 29mm; total weight approximately 18 grams. Coin ex Numismatik Naumann, Austria.
