INQUIRIES SHOULD INCLUDE THE SERIES AND SERIAL NUMBERS, TO INCLUDE THE SUFFIX LETTERS, OF THE NOTES.”
The label states:
"Federal Reserve Bank Fourth Federal Reserve District. If an error is detected in this package, this and the strap in which the error was found must be forwarded to the Cash Department of the Federal Reserve Bank for a claim to be considered. Information to be included in the letter for claim is listed on reverse."
