How would you go about washing the inside to remove odor over time?

You may remove and replace the insole or you may hand wash it with a mild soap and let it air dry and brush it out once dry.

Do these run true to size. If someone is a 9.5 do you recommend a 9 or 10?

These are true to size but because they will stretch we do recommend going down to a 9.
